    Welcome back to our first Computing lesson Year 4. The children have been busy playing, preparing and planning for their animation unit using PuppetPals. Great work Year 4.
  • Year 4 Celebrate the Birthday of Our Lady
    Year 4 have enjoyed their afternoon learning about Our Lady and linking beliefs with traditions. The children worked hard to write their prayers before offering them to Mary in the prayer garden. They then made a lily for Mary's birthday.
  • Year 4 Artificial Intelligence
    Year 4 were intrigued today to learn about Artificial Intelligence (ai) The children learnt that ai is teaching computers how to think. Today they used the Seeing ai app.
  • Year 4 Games and Quizzes
    Year 4 have had a lovely Computing afternoon. Playing board games and quizzes. These types of games help the children by increasing brain function, encouraging team work and math skills. Well done Year 4.
  • Saint John Fisher Feast Day
    The children in Year 4 have celebrated Saint John Fisher. They have learned information about his life, they created their own portrait of St John Fisher and they attended a whole school mass to celebrate his life.

    Year 4 have been creating their own profile pictures today. We discussed why it is important to have one, who can see it? and why we do not put our faces on the profile.
  • Thank you Year 6
    Year 4 would like to say thank you to our wonderful Year 6 children for teaching us about the Rosary.
  • Anglo Saxons and Code Blast
    Year 4 have been looking at the kinds of foods eaten by the Anglo Saxons. They have created a simple menu of what might have been eaten at the time. Code Blast was used to enhance their coding experiences.
